She graduated from the Department of Dietetics-Nutrition Science of the Harokopio University of Athens and continued her studies at the same University, obtaining her Master's degree in Applied Dietetics-Nutrition with a specialization in "Nutrition and Exercise".

Within the framework of her Master's degree she was involved in research on the evaluation of obesity and sexual maturation of pre-adolescents, writing her thesis with a grade of excellent (10) on the topic: "Assessment of diet quality based on haematological and growth markers in a population of preadolescents". At undergraduate level, she studied HACCP food safety systems.

During her training she attended the programme of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens for psychological support, effective counselling and behaviour change strategies for dieters. At the same time, she completed the 'Specialist Sports Nutrition' programme under the auspices of the Academy of Sports Nutrition in England.

During her internship she has worked at Tzaneio Hospital, treating a variety of clinical cases in the Diabetology Department and the Obesity Department. She completed her internship in a food factory by forming the "nutritional labels" of packaged production products.

She has been involved in "nutritional supplements" in the pharmacy sector and in recent years she has been involved in the nutritional management of clinical cases and sports nutrition. She has worked with Specialized Diagnostic and Rehabilitation Centers for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders for nutritional management of clinical symptoms and nutritional education.
