She is a graduate of the Department of Dietetics - Nutrition Science of Harokopio University and holds a Master's degree in "Nutrition in Health and Disease" from the Department of Medicine of the University of Thessaly. The topic of her postgraduate thesis was quality of life parameters in pregnancy and their influence on the risk of metabolic diseases in children and adolescents. In addition, she has completed a postgraduate course in Paediatric Nutrition from Monash University. Her research paper in Food Chemistry, on the effect of different cooking methods on the nutritional value of food, was published in Food Chemistry in 2019. As part of her internship, she has worked at Tzaneio Hospital and Amaliada General Hospital treating a variety of clinical cases. She has gained significant work experience in the field of nutritional supplements as she has worked as a Nutrition advisor at Solgar. Finally, she has long-term experience in managing and supporting adults and children with a variety of clinical cases such as obesity, diabetes and eating behaviour disorders.
